Basic settings for Arlo advance cameras

 You can customize the basic settings for the Arlo Advanced cameras.  

Turn the Fingerprint ID On and Off using the Alro App Login

The app supports Touch ID fingerprint so as to identify you.  You can turn the Arlo app Touch ID login on and off if your mobile device is supporting this feature.  

The following are the steps that you need to follow to turn the Touch ID on and off.

•             First of all, tap on the Arlo icon on the device that you are using.

•             Then to display the settings page, just click on to the Settings.

•             Then click on the login with Touch ID or search the web for my Arlo login under the Profile page.  By tapping this button you can Log in with the Touch ID on and off.

Changing the time zone

You need to follow the steps that are shown below to change the time zone.

•             In the first step, just tap on the Arlo icon on your mobile device.  You can also type the arlonetgear.com in the address bar menu of the browser if you are using a browser.

•             Then go to My Devices by clicking on the Settings.  This will displays you a list of all the devices including the camera and the base station.

•             After that, you need to click on the base station to displays the base station settings page.

•             Then to display the Time Zone page, click on the time zone.

•             Then under the time zone page click on the Done.  This will save the settings for your mobile device.

•             for the computer, to save your settings you need to click on the Save.  

You can also change the Video Quality and the Battery usage settings of the device when required.  You can set the device for the Best Video, and optimized life by using the battery settings.
